Conjugated Linoleic Acid. Biogen CLA provides a free fatty acid mixture high in potent isomers of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). These isomers mainly consist of cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 in a 50:50 ratio. Specifications Take 1-2 softgels 3 times daily after meals. For the first 4-6 weeks take a minimum of 5 softgels per day. Thereafter maintain a maximum of 3 softgels daily.
