The Delsey Moncey 3 Piece Luggage Set is a hard-sided suitcase with a waterproof shell and TSA combination lock. It has four double wheels for easy movement, and is available in red. The Moncey also has a second compartment with height-adjustable fastening straps, a removable partition, and a flat pocket.
