The MQ303B alcohol gas sensor is a tin dioxide semiconductor alcohol sensor that has a high sensitivity and rapid response. It is suitable for portable alcohol detectors and car ignition system. It has a circuit voltage of less than 6V DC and a heating voltage of 0.9V plus or minus 0.1V AC or DC. The load voltage can be adjusted. The MQ303B has a heating resistance of 31 ohm plus or minus 3 ohm and a heating power consumption of less than or equal to 900mW. Its sensitivity is Rs(in air)/Rs(125ppm alcohol) more than or equal to 3.
