Description
A diamond blade is a circular steel core with diamond impregnated segments. The segments are seperated by slots in the core, which allow water or air to flow between the segments. The segments or rims are a mixture of diamond powder and metal powders. The diamonds are industrial diamonds of different sizes and qualities depending on the material to be cut. The blade works by the exposed diamonds on the segments performing the cutting. The blade is cooled by the slots in the core.
