Description
A diamond blade is a circular steel core with diamond-impregnated segments. The segments are separated by slots in the core, which allow water or air to flow between them. The diamond segments are a mixture of diamond powder and metal powders, and the diamonds are industrial diamonds of different sizes and qualities. The diamond blades work by the exposed diamonds on the segments cutting the material. The diamond blades are good for cutting hard, denseless abrasive materials, but are not good for cutting soft, abrasive materials.
