Description
This book is a collection of essays that discuss the different systems of civil justice around the world. The essays discuss the structure of the justice system, the problems that it faces, and the reforms that have been made to try and fix these issues.
The essays in this book survey different systems of civil justice, describe their structure, examine their problems, and analyse the reforms adopted. Before reforming one's own system, the reader is encouraged to look at how others have tackled similar problems and whether their efforts were met with success or failure.
