Description
This is a description of a paper used for watercolor painting. It is 100% cotton, has a rough, cold-pressed, hot-pressed quality, and four deckled edges. It is also gelatin-sized, and then air-dried. The paper is naturally white, has mildew protection, and a neutral PH. It has a long shelf-life.
One of the world's finest water colour papers. A 100% cotton
watercolour paper, with a structure giving it strength and a
characteristic feel. The manufacturing process, using a cylinder
mould, makes it possible to obtain harmonious and varied grains
with rough, cold-pressed, hot-pressed quality and four deckled
edges. The paper is gelatin-sized, and then air-dried, so that the
colours retain a fine rendering even after being scraped and
erased. Its natural whiteness (no optical bleaches), mildew
protection and neutral PH mean that the paper has a very long
shelf-life.
