Absolute Organix Lugols Iodine Solution is a 5% strength iodine solution that is used to treat iodine deficiency, certain overactive thyroid conditions, prevent uptake of radiation thereby helping to prevent thyroid cancer, and is can be used as an antiseptic and disinfectant. The size is 50ml. The ingredients are iodine (5g/100ml) and potassium iodide (10g/100ml). The intended use is internal, and it should be stored below 25 degrees Celsius and out of direct sunlight. It should also be kept out of reach of children.
