The Eurolux G286 T8 LED tube will replace any Fluorescent T8 tube of the same length. Since fluorescent tubes typically consume around 54 to 58 watts, making the change will save you at least 50% on your tube lighting costs. They fit in the exact same fitting as traditional fluorescent tubes, but the Starter and Ballast will need to be removed or bypassed when installing an LED Tube.
