Description
The story follows Vivi Palmer, a woman who was born with a heart defect and was given a second chance after a transplant. Grace, the mother of Vivi's donor, wants something in return for Vivi's second-hand heart- her help to find all the other people who have tiny pieces of Vivi's son. Vivi reluctantly agrees to help Grace, and starts to track down a small group of strangers who all have a connection to Vivi. Vivi finds herself forming a new family with these people, and by finding out more about all the pieces that make up the many parts of her, she might just discover a whole new world waiting for her.
