They offer a smooth color laydown and a clear, non-waxy finish. These vibrant, Vegan-friendly coloured pencils have the covering power of a wax pencil yet glide like an oil-based pencil. They blend easily with a paper stump, with blender pens or with coloured pencil mediums. The colour Crimson Lake 14 is included in the Derwent Procolour Coloured Pencils.
