The short cooking time and less fat required means healthy food that retains vitamins and minerals. The pan has 5 layers of coating that make it hard wearing and long lasting. The ergonomic handles are heat resistant up to 240C. The pan can be used in the oven. It is designed and developed with the German national culinary team and named The World's Best Pan by Germany's largest culinary association and by the European culinary association. The pan is 100% PFOA free.
