Description
This is a Le Creuset Signature 3.5 litre shallow casserole with lid. It has a shallow, wide base that allows maximum contact between the food and the heat, and even heat distribution as the base, sides and lid are of equal thickness, preventing hotspots or heat loss. The retain heat once warm and can continue cooking on a lower heat setting, making it energy efficient. The lid ensures that heat, moisture and flavours are tightly sealed in, and the base will never warp, maintaining the pot's stability. The pot is suitable for paella, a simple seafood linguine, couscous, casseroles, risottos, pasta sauces, browning and baking. The enamel coating is hygienic, doesn't retain odours and is easy to clean. The colourful, long-lasting exterior enamel resists chipping and cracking. The phenolic lid knob is heat resistant up to 260C. The pot is oven, grill, freezer and dishwasher safe.
