The handle is crafted from beautiful chestnut wood which has a clear and homogeneous colour, fine and regular veining and has very strong resistance over time. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel which is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. The carbon content of at least 0.4% gives an excellent cutting edge.
