Description
This is a small flexible plastic chopping board that is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This material acts like a buffer, protecting delicate knife blades. It helps knives stay sharp for longer and does not absorb smells or flavours. It can be sterilized - simply pour boiling water over it and within 30 seconds at up to 150C it will be sterilized. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 to +150C.
