Description
This is a large, red cutting mat made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It acts as a buffer to protect knife blades and helps them stay sharp for longer. The mat is also antibacterial and does not absorb smells or flavors. It can be easily sterilized with boiling water and is dishwasher safe. It can withstand temperatures from -20 to +150 C.
