Description
The Major Tech MS361 Microwave Motion Sensor is a security device that uses Microwave technology to detect movement. The sensor has a detection radius of 3m to 12m and can be installed indoors or outdoors. The sensor has a time delay of 10 seconds to 12 minutes and can be set to turn on lights based on occupancy either day or night. The sensor also has an adjustable detection distance of 5m to 15m and can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. The MS361 is rated for IP20 protection and has a load energy save of 200W.
The MS361 uses Microwave technology (5.8GHz) for the sensor thus detecting even the slightest movement in its detection zone to turn lighting on and off based on occupancy. The MS361 should be installed indoors and mounted on the ceiling at a height of around 2.5m, the detection range (radius) can be adjusted to a minimum of 3m and a maximum of 12m. The light can be set to stay on for any period of time from approximately 10 seconds to a maximum of 12 minutes.
