The shirt has a Boody Guarantee which states that the shirt is "the most comfortable T-shirt you've ever worn" and that "due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty." The shirt can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for another style, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition. The cost of returning the item by post is at the expense of the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
