Night Nectar Demi-sec is a wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The wine has a bright, citrusy nose with notes of honeysuckle, apple blossom, and ginger spice. The wine is full-bodied with a pronounced acidity that gives it a sharp, ricochet-like flavor. The wine finishes with a honeyed, soft texture and a long, refreshing finish.
