This is a description of Liefmans Fruitesse, a Belgian beer. It is a blend of beers aged on real cherries, and has a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and fairly sweet taste. It is both sparkling and refreshing.
Liefmans Fruitesse is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries which sit in the cellars. It is then blended with natural fruit juices such as strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry.
The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and fairly sweet drink which is both sparkling and refreshing.
