This wine is made from Chenin Blanc grapes and has a complex array of wild fermentation characteristics. The dominant fragrances are stone fruits and orange peel, with a subtle hint of caramel. Vibrant fruit is present with plentiful mouth feel and a lasting finish. This wine is beautiful to look at and tastes great too. It is best served at around 6 years old and can be cellared for a long time.
