Description
The Seriously Old Dirt Red Blend is a 750ML bottle of wine that comes with a gift box. It is made up of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec, 4% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The wine has been matured for 21 months in older French oak barrels. It has a deep garnet-red color and a nose of fresh fruit, including plum, black cherry, and blackberry, with hints of baking spice and vanilla. There are also subtle notes of liquorice, tobacco, and hazelnut. On the palate, the wine has flavors of ripe black cherry and mineral notes, with a lingering finish. It is described as sumptuous and supple, with a balanced acidity. The wine is named after the ancient Vilafont* soils and is produced with meticulous attention to detail. Only 330 barrels were made.

Seriously Old Dirt is named after the ancient Vilafont* soils, in which the grape vines have been growing for almost two decades. Every hectare of vine on Vilafont* is meticulously farmed and harvested, with an attention to detail and singular focus.
