Description
The gas burner attachment for the Karu 12 pizza oven is convenient and easy to use. It attaches right onto the back of the oven, and uses gas to power the oven. The same incredible speed and high heat as using other fuels is available, and the heat control dial can be used to cook across a range of temperatures. There is minimal soot or clean-up to worry about thanks to cooking with gas, and the included 11 WC (28 mbar) regulator includes a gas hose.
