The AC Protection box is designed to protect your inverter from AC surges and potential cable faults. It is rated for external use and has two output breakers, one for each phase, as well as an input breaker. It also has AC surge protection from the utility grid.

The AC Protection box is designed to protect the input to the inverter with the built in AC surge protection device and to protect the inverter from anypotential cable fault that may occur between the output of the inverter and the point of common coupling with the grid.
