The Blanc De Blanc is a white wine made from a blend of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine has a clear colour with tinges of green, and is full of tropical fruit flavours such as guava and passion fruit. The wine has a medium body and a refreshing, crisp acidity.
