Description
This is a sous vide immersion container rack that is designed to keep vacuum-sealed food bags in place inside the water bath. It is made from 316L marine grade stainless steel to prevent rust, even when cooking for extended periods of time. The rack has cross bars to prevent pouches from floating to the top, and is made to utilise more space in sous vide containers. The high side walls for ease of lifting and moving and the extended handle make it easy to lift and remove without touching hot water. The rack is robust and durable, and fully collapsible and stackable for convenient storage.
