Description
This is a sous vide immersion container rack that is designed to keep vacuum-sealed food bags in place inside the water bath. It is made from marine grade stainless steel to prevent rust, even when cooking for extended periods of time, and has raised design to allow perfect circulation between bags. It also has cross bars to prevent pouches from floating to the top, and is made to utilise more space in sous vide containers. The high side walls for ease of lifting and moving, and the extended handle make it easy to lift and remove without touching hot water. It is robust and durable design, and fully collapsible and stackable for convenient storage.
