Description
This is a commercial grade, break resistant container and lid for sous vide cooking. The container is tailored to fit any sous vide circulator and has a high temperature tolerance from -40C to 100C. The clear surface allows you to easily identify contents and the container is made from strong 2.5mm polycarbonate. The container reduces evaporation with a custom lid and has strong flexibility to avoid pressure cracks. The rim edges hold the lid and easily transport.
