This is a commercial grade, break resistant container and lid for sous vide cooking. The container is tailored to fit any sous vide circulator and has a clear surface that allows you to easily identify contents. The container is made from strong 2.5mm polycarbonate and has a strong flexibility to avoid pressure cracks. The rim edges of the lid hold it in place and the container is easily transportable.
