Description
This is a sterling silver pendant with an image of Archangel Gabriel from Pinturicchio's The Annunciation. The pendant is 2.5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. It is presented in an organza bag with a front and back medal. The front of the medal has an image of Gabriel, while the back has a detail of Gabriel from Pinturicchio's The Annunciation. Archangel Gabriel is venerated by Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Yazidism, and Bah'*' Faith, but is canonized by the Catholic Church and celebrated with angels Michael and Raphael (post-1969) and by the Western Rite Orthodoxy and General Roman Calendar before 1969. He is also venerated by the Coptic Church, which celebrates his feast on 13 Paoni, 22 Koiakand 26 Paoni.
