The Excalibur dehydrator is a stainless steel food drier that has a clear armored glass door and adjustable thermostat. The dehydrator has a fast drying time, easy loading, and a timer that can be set to operate the dehydrator from one to 99 hours. The dehydrator also has a convenient front access control panel and is able to be placed under cabinets. The dehydrator is able to dehydrate fruits, vegetables, and biltong.
