It has soft pliable tannins that lend subtle support to the structure, but are unobtrusive on the succulent palate. The wine is blend of 85% Shiraz, 8% Grenache, 7% Zinfandel. The wine is best served with seared tuna served on a bed of baby spinach, lamb chops braaied to perfection, or sweet & sticky pork ribs.
