The wine is a Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend and is made from only the finest quality grapes. The wine has a soft, elegant mouthfeel and features ripe, sweet fruit on the nose.
Le Lude Brut Rose NV is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Only the Cuvee fractions are selected from the press, creating Cap Classique's with good length and vibrance. Fine, soft mouse - Cherries and strawberries on the nose with a soft elegant mouthfeel.
