This whisky is made from a blend of different types of oak, and is mellowed in a unique solera vat. It has a sweet, honey-like aroma and a smooth, rich taste with layers of sherry, marzipan, cinnamon, and ginger. The whisky has a satisfying, long finish with a sweetness.
