It can be used after foundation and concealer to help lock in makeup, and can be applied with the applicator puff to a gentle buffing over the entire face. For a soft matte finish, it can be applied to oily spots only.

Load the applicator puff (a little goes a long way) and dust off any excess powder. Gently press the puff into your skin (think buffing rather than sweeping). For a soft matte finish all over, gently buff the powder over your entire face. Makeup artist tip: To stop breakthrough shine, blot with a tissue, then tap on a touch of powder to oily spots only.
