Description
The Gedore 8573 Torque Wrench is a Class II type torque wrench with a 1/2" square drive and a ball locking device. It has a calibrated maximum permissible deviation of +/- 3%. It is designed for controlled screw tightening in the range from 40 - 200 N?m / 30 - 150 lbf?ft. It features a scale graduation of 5 N?m and 5 lbf?ft, and a push-button release. It is lightweight and robust, and very workshop-friendly. It has no inaccuracies whether used with both hands or held away from the handle, and both the square drive and fulcrum are on an axis which ensures a high degree of user safety. It has an extremely low wear attributable to reduced forces in a lever mechanism, and a forged lever chain from our group own quality forge. It has a maximum precision even when subjected to extreme continuous use, and long life cycles and tool lives. It is easy to operate - fast and safe torque tightening, and easy adjustment thanks to attractive adjusting button secured against loss at the end of the handle.
