Description
This is a pasta shaper die that is meant to be used with the Pasta Shaper (AT910/KAX910ME). It is meant to be used with buckwheat flour and duck eggs, but can be swapped out for wheat flour and hen's eggs. It will always produce perfect bigoli pasta.
Bigoli are long, thick tubes of pasta, traditionally made with buckwheat flour and duck eggs. Whether you choose the traditional ingredients, or want to swap them for wheat flour and hen's eggs, this cutter will always turn out perfect bigoli.
