C*digo 1530 Reposado is a tequila that is aged for six months in Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels. The tequila is made with a blend of Los Bajos tequila and has a bright, sweet agave flavor with subtle hints of vanilla, toasted caramel, and cocoa powder. The tequila is available in a 750ml bottle.
C*digo 1530 Reposado combines the purity of Blanco and the elegance of Codigo's aging process. Aged for six months in the finest Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels, C*digo 1530 Reposado embraces the agave-driven flavors of Los Bajos tequila, with subtle hints of many of the signature flavors found in whiskeys.
Barrels are charred by hand, on-site at the private distillery in Amatit*n. Tequila is aged to taste instead of time, adhering to a time-honored family aging process.
