The Circle of Life Red wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. It has a fruity, fresh introduction with good acidity. The wine evolves into riper flavors with herbaceous notes and elegant tannins and light acids on the finish. It is very versatile and will compliment numerous dishes. I like to enjoy it with a hearty lamb shank.
