Description
This is a Gripline Series Santoku Knife 18CM. It is a food safe silicone handle santoku knife with forged 3Cr14 high carbon stainless steel blades. It is for chopping, cutting and mincing a variety of fruit, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat. It is great for starter and intermediate cooks. The knives are hardened to 52 degree Rockwell for strength and durability. The bolster provides balance and helps protect fingers from slipping onto the blade while cutting. The ergonomic, easy grip handles provide a comfortable non-slip grip, even when wet.
