This is a Gripline Series 12cm utility knife with a food safe silicone handle. It is ideal for cutting a variety of small fruits and vegetables and is great for starter and intermediate cooks. The knives are hardened to 52 degree Rockwell for strength and durability and the protective bolster provides balance and helps protect fingers from slipping onto the blade while cutting. The ergonomic, easy grip handles provide a comfortable non-slip grip, even when wet.
