Bosman Adama Red is a Shiraz-based blend of 8 varietals, it expresses the farm's belief that diversity makes them more robust so that the whole is worth more than the sum of its parts.
Bosman Adama Red has a purple core with a crimson edge and offers a nose alive with prune and raspberry aromas, backed up by mocha, spicy cinnamon and white pepper notes. Plum and dark cherry flavours play out on the palate and will intensify in the glass or on decanting. The finish is vibrant, with a mineral nuance.
