Description
This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes which are picked early in the morning and kept cold on their journey to the winery. The wine is then produced with the utmost care to maintain the wine's fresh green character and racy acidity. The wine has green apple, flinty, and tropical fruit flavors on the nose and on the palate, it has crisp, clean acidity and a creamy midpalate. The wine has a softer and rounder character than most modern day Sauvignon Blancs with more than a nod to the French style of the Loire. The wine is available in a 750ml bottle.

Green apple, flinty and tropical fruit flavours on the nose flow through onto the palate where crisp, clean acidity is met by a creamy midpalate. A softer and rounder version of Sauvignon Blanc than most modern day examples with more than a nod to the French style of the Loire.
