Description
The wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are picked early in the morning and kept cold on their journey to the winery. The wine has a green apple, flinty, and tropical fruit flavor on the nose and a crisp, clean acidity on the palate. The wine has a softer and rounder version of Sauvignon Blanc than most modern day examples with more than a nod to the French style of the Loire. The wine is 750ml in size.

Green apple, flinty and tropical fruit flavours on the nose flow through onto the palate where crisp, clean acidity is met by a creamy midpalate. A softer and rounder version of Sauvignon Blanc than most modern day examples with more than a nod to the French style of the Loire.
