The wine has a purple/red color and a youthful nose with crushed black pepper, dark mulberry, and mixed berry coulis. The wine has pure, clean dark red berry flavors with sufficient structure to warrant enjoyment with food such as Gourmet Pizza with Carpaccio and rocket salad. The wine is made from 57% Syrah, 24% Mourvedre, 10% Tannat, 5% Cinsaut, 3% Grenache, and 1% Carignan. The wine is 750ml in size.
