Description
This wine is made from 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a bright ruby color with a nose that shows juicy red and blackberries, warm spice and pepper notes. The wine has a velvety mouth-feel with a medium body that shows red cherries, blackberries and black pepper with a slight savory undertone. The fruit intensity of this wine lingers on the finish supported by fine tannins. The wine is aged for 2 to 4 years after bottling for a more complex flavor.
