This wine is from the Carlou Gravel Quarry Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard and has been aged for 12 years. It has a deep crimson color and a rich bouquet of dark chocolate, tobacco, and spice. The wine has a balanced oak flavor with hints of cinnamon and pine needles. The wine has aged exceptionally well and is smooth, full of flavor, and an excellent accompaniment to a rich meal or can be further cellared. The bottle size is 750ml.
