This wine is from the Glenelly Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon, and it has a rating of 4-8 years from vintage. It pairs well with steak and game, particularly venison. The wine is 750ml in size.
This youthful classic Stellenbosch cabernet sauvignon displays all the characteristics of the Simonsberg. Black and red fruit and very pure, with blackcurrant pastille fruit, tangy acidity and the fine tannins that are the hallmark of the glass collection wines.
Ageing potential: 4-8 years from vintage.
Pairs well with steak and game, particularly venison.
