Description
This wine is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cinsault, 17% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet franc. The wine has a deep garnet color and aromas of cassis, blackberries and blueberries burst from the glass. The wine has flavors of dark briary fruit, dried Italian herbs and notes of five spice on the palate. The entry is full and rich leading to a textured dry finish. This wine is great companion at a braai before, during and after. Pairs especially well with herb crusted rack of Lamb.
