Description
The Constantia Gouverneurs Reserve White is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It has a fruity taste with a hint of acidity. It is best paired with chilli prawn linguine or kingklip with prawns and a white wine sauce. The wine is available in a 750ml bottle.
Initially this white blend shows ripe summer fruit and elderflower on the nose, with subtle hints of green peas that opens up in the glass. The palate has lovely weight and complexity, the ripe fruit is beautifully balanced with the fresh acidity.
Varietal blend:75% Semillon and 25% Sauvignon blanc
Pairs well with: Chilli prawn linguine or kingklip with prawns and a white wine sauce.
